19 - 21 September, 2018, ICE, Hanoi, Vietnam
You are invited to exhibit in the Vietnam Hanoi Textile & Garment Industry Expo 2018, HanoiTex 2018. The amount of garment & textile exported by Vietnam in 2017 increased more than 10% from 2016, reaching USD 34 billion.
Vietnam – an alternative to US: China trade conflict
It is possible that the United States may impose a higher import tariff on Chinese products. Because of this, many local Vietnamese, as well as Chinese and other international companies are increasing their investment in the garment production in Vietnam. Furthermore, Vietnam recently signed the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership, CPTPP, with 11 countries (namely, Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore and Vietnam) that aims to reduce import tariffs between countries. All these will stimulate Vietnam’s textile & garment exports and the demand for textile and garment machine will increase in the near future.
North Vietnam & Hanoi: New production base in Vietnam
Due to the government’s favorable policies, low wages and production costs, Hanoi and the North Vietnam has become a new production base in Vietnam with many new local and international factories moving in.
